Our Refund & Returns Policy

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@fedai.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
